Hi I am Andrew Saeman,

I am passionate about enabling teams to collaborate and work together to solve difficult problems. I bring a holistic, empathetic, systems thinking approach to guide organizations on their agile journey to ensure alignment and success. I am a proven trainer, facilitator, and coach that has helped organizations of all sizes utilize the agile mindset to delight their customers. I bring my practical expertise in coaching, training, and agile practices to guide organizations to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

I have worked with a wide variety of clients in various business verticals engaging in Agile coaching and training while helping lead organizations through Agile transformations. I guide groups towards a team based approach, showing teams how their collective wisdom will yield powerful results.

I am currently an active Professional Scrum Trainer through Scrum.org and have license to teach both the Professional Scrum Developer and the Professional Scrum Foundations courses. I work collaboratively with other trainers to benefit my clients and to deliver other Scrum.org courses.
